Seattle Legal Ethics Attorney
For over 28 years, Kevin Bank has been a regulatory and administrative attorney. His practice areas are legal ethics, attorney regulation and discipline, and family immigration.
From 1999 to 2018, he was an attorney with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), where he served as Managing Disciplinary Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. He investigated thousands of disciplinary complaints, tried cases, and argued appeals at the Washington Supreme Court.

Mr. Bank also represents clients in immigration matters. He immigrated to the United States at age 16 and is passionate about helping others navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. He is a pro bono attorney with Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, where he represents clients in asylum and U-Visa matters, participates on the Immigration Panel of the Washington Medical+Legal partnership and assists clients at One America’s Citizenship Day clinics. He is currently co-chair of the Professional Responsibility Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Washington Chapter and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association National Ethics Committee.
Mr. Bank began his career at a boutique law firm in Washington D.C., followed by eight years at the Federal Trade Commission, where he worked on complex consumer protection matters, litigated in administrative courts and helped draft the first regulatory guidelines for advertising environmental benefits of products.
